Stratford Cygnets provides a nourishing morning/afternoon snack prepared to all programs; as well as a nutritious lunch (for extended day preschool ONLY) prepared by a local restaurant,. The weekly menus are created in consultation with Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating and are rotated on a 4-week schedule and modified seasonally.
