Program Supervisor

MS. JAMIE-LEE WAGLER
RECE, OCT, B.A.
Jamie-Lee has been working with children for over 12 years. She earned her Early Childhood Education diploma from Conestoga College in 2011, her Bachelor of Psychology in 2014, and her Bachelor of Education in 2015. Her love and passion for children started early on and have only flourished through her experience. From spending time with her nieces and nephew to getting dirty and learning lots with her own children, Jamie loves watching the emotion children show when they learn new things and accomplish new milestones. She strives to foster self-confidence in the children she teaches and celebrates the individuality and uniqueness in all learners. Above all else, she hopes that the main lesson that children walk away with after having her as an educator, is that they are kind. When she’s not at Cygnets she enjoys taking part in professional development and she owns her own Early Childhood Educational consulting business: Miss Jamie Consulting. You can follow her on Instagram: @missjamie_rece. Jamie is an advocate for early learning and Early Childhood Educators everywhere and strives to share the importance and benefits of high-quality learning environments!
Jamie values spending time with her family! This includes going paddle boarding with her two kids, husband, and their dog. Some of their other favorite things to do include going to parks, going for hikes, bike rides, and playing in the mud! She strongly believes that the best learning happens by living through situations rather than instructing, and fully encourages play-based learning across all grades.
Toddler Educators

MS. Randi Parsons
RECE
Randi attended Conestoga College and graduated from the Early Childhood Education program in 2013. She took some time off to spend quality and memory-making years with her eldest daughter and has been working in child care since. Randi, her husband, and two beautiful daughters have lived in Stratford for a few years now and love it. "Working with children is such a privilege! We help them grow, learn, watch them become their own person. I take great pride in feeling like part of their family!"

Ms. Natalee Wilhelm
RECE
I grew up on a farm south of Stratford so I spent a lot of time outside as a child! I find it relaxing to be outdoors and I enjoy exploring nature!
I attended Canadore College and graduated from the Early Childhood Education program in 2021. People always ask where Canadore College is, it’s in North Bay, then they comment on how far it is and ask why I chose that school. I liked how the college campus was away from the city and that it had direct access to hiking trails!
I love creating wild activities for the children (the messier the better)! I’m eager to continue to learn and grow here at Cygnets!
Preschool Educators

Ms. Stacey McIntosh
RECE
Stacey McIntosh recently graduated from the Early Childhood Education at Fanshawe College. She grew up in Stratford and loves the small-town community. Over the years she has enjoyed working with children from helping the little ones at dance class and babysitting. Working with children is my dream and I love watching all of them grow and become their own unique people. I am super excited to see what the future holds and can’t wait to continue as an ECE.

Mr. Liam McIntosh
RECE
I am excited to join Cygnets Co-Operative Preschool Centre. I am a graduate of the Early Childhood Education Programme at Fanshawe College in London. My passion for early childhood education comes from my wish to offer children and their families a childcare experience founded on kindness, caring and compassion.
I have siblings with autism spectrum disorder and was inspired to continue my education and go on to complete Fanshawe's post graduate certificate in Autism and Behaviourial Science.
School Age Educators

Ms. Jazzlyn Harvey
RECE
I graduated from Mohawk College in 2020 with an ECE diploma and I am a registered with the college of ECE's. I have been in practice for 2 years professionally although I have been working with children for many years.
Starting out as a babysitter, then moving on to full in-home care. I decided to take my love for children and education to the next level and get my diploma in early childhood education, have never looked back. It has been a rewarding time in my life to be part of children's lives and helping them grow within themselves to be strong and independent thinkers. I look forward to many years as a RECE and the growth that I myself will encounter working alongside with these amazing little humans.

Ms. Sherese Gooray
I am currently enrolled at Conestoga College. I am working to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Early Learning Program Development. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with children through volunteering in Sunday school at my local church, babysitting and volunteering in summer camps. Through these experiences, I have found a passion for working with children, and I am excited for what the future holds!

Ms. Sarah King
Child and Youth Worker
I recently graduated from Mohawk College as a Child and Youth Worker. I grew up in a small community outside of Stratford. I come from a large family whom I share a close bond with.
I have years of experience with children of all ages ranging from babysitting and day camps to before and after school programs that have expanded my growth as a CYC.
I have enjoyed working with children and youth as I love watching them learn and achieve those milestones to become independent individuals. I look forward to continue growing with the children as a Child and Youth Worker.
